Most people would describe me as a lover of the outdoors, an adventurer (digital nomad), and absolutely a foodie.
I’ve been devoted to personal growth, self-care, and wellness for over two decades — not in an IG trendy way, in a I've lived-it, questioned-it, & rebuilt-it way.

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Transformational Life Coach. And over the years, I’ve worked with women who are smart, capable, disciplined… and completely exhausted from managing themselves around food.

Women come to me when they are done with fighting themselves. When restarting again sounds more draining than motivating. They know this is deeper than food, and they know another plan is not the solution — but they don’t know what to do instead.

That’s the work I do.

I help women build a steady, sustainable foundation with food. Not through more rules. Not through more pressure. But by changing the approach.

I’m not into cookie-cutter programs. We are diverse humans, not cookies. My role is never to hand out a rigid plan — it’s to share the tools that I know work, and to help you apply them in a way that works for you, so it lasts.

Because this isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about ending the frustrating cycles that could easily continue for another decade — and building something strong enough to hold you long term.
